    I just worked with Duy He was very dedicated and tried to explain to me which type is suitable and the color tone of my current house is very old. He gave me a color sample that was exactly what I wanted. He only had to give me one time to install it, faster than expected and the cost was very clear. Honestly, I only do it once a year or twice is high if I want to change it again, but the service here is 10/10

We needed some guidance on selecting commercial-grade LVP flooring for our dental office, and within a couple of days of us reaching out to him through Yelp, he came by with samples and measured for an estimate. His quote was reasonable, and he was willing to work with our insane schedule for installation. His crew demoed and installed 1600+ sq feet of flooring and baseboards in 7 1/2 days. They were gracious about working around some large equipment that couldn't be removed from the office, and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. Duy and his crew were respectful of their workspace and cleaned before they left each day.     Duy was very responsive and professional throughout the process, from initial estimate through the finish. They did a waterbase coat with a stain finish to our hardwood oak floors and also re-stained our handrail banister with a black stain gel with a stain finish. We received estimates from several businesses and their pricing is fair and competitive for the market rate in the area. There were some touch ups that were required upon completion with the banister handrail but they were prompt with addressing that. Overall, we're very pleased with the floor and banister work and would recommend Unique Hardwood for your refinishing needs.
